MESMO ERRO! Ta dando Loop

Fiz todos os testes que postaram aqui. É um problema muito estranho...
E fiz meus próprios testes: Não é a potencia da maquina..  Minha maquina é um Notebook Win10 / 16G RAM / SSD / 1T HD / GTX 1050ti 4G

CC Adobe After Effects 2018.

EXACTLY 3G de RAM dedicated to AE - (1 Stroke, 2Texts, one of tem with NO EFFECT, the other with a "Fade up words" (Effects and Presets - Animation Preset* - Text - Animated in  - Fade up words) only preciews, precisely 1058frames in a composition of 60fps with 20sec a full composition.

thats how the preview works according to the RAMs

RAM
3G - Low - 1058 frames (17sec)
8G - Half - 620 frames (10sec)
14,9G - full 65 frames (1sec)

Open After Effects creat
1 stroke animated with Trim Paths
1 Text with no effect
1 Text with preset animation - Fade up words

If you are working in older version you can always open thos projects in newer version. So from AE 14.x (2017 version) to AE 16.x (2019 version) - everything should work perfect. But to open project made in newer version in older one - you have to save your project for that version. So in AE 16.x (2019) you have to save your project before you will send to your frend by going to File/Save as/Save a copy as AE 142018-12-04_14-24-49.png

In most cases that should work ok.

Solved.
Apparently it was a problem with some settings in ASUS GPU Tweak II. Got the Adobe chat support to hack at the problem for 40 minutes. Solved and now back to work to make up for lost time.

Thank you so much! It works! I knew that 12 seconds was long, but it was a very simple 2d animation with very little color, so thought it would work out. But thanks a lot.

Blank bar appearing next to layer when position keyframes added

I'm assuming this must be an error on my part that has something to do with the settings.

In this composition, a white square (with the triangle on it) comes across the screen from the right side, revealing a green background gradient. The problem? Whenever I add position keyframes to the white square, pixels of blank space appear to its right on top of the gradient once it stops. The blank pixels are not there as it moves across the screen. If I make the white square invisible, it's clear that the blank pixels are not a part of the gradient. If I place any other large solid behind the white square, the blank pixels are still there.

Additionally, the pixels stay blank in exports. I just upgraded After Effects, but the problem was happening in CC 2018 as well.

The problem:

Problem with rendering GIFs in After Effects

I'm creating a simple GIF using only PNG and JPG files. My actual AE project file is small. It's a little under 3 MB, however when I export to render queue or to the Media Encoder render queue the rendered GIF size is no less than 140 MB and at most 1.5 GB. I don't even have video in the GIF. I've never had this problem before and I cannot figure out how to fix it. Has anyone had success resolving this issue?

Now we have the same issue with the new 16 version of After Effects. Trying to import shapes to AE via clipboard.

Here is the error message:

In the previous version of AE (15.1.2) everything is just fine.

The best way to work with gif is to:
a) prepare everything in AE
b) export that animation as a video (f. eg. h264 mp4)
c) open Photoshop
d) import ypour video into PS
e) export your gif by going to File/Export/Save for web

As for file size everything depends on:
a) what FPS your animation have (lower fps = smaler size
b) file resolution - smaller resoluion - smaller size. I know that it is obvious for most but if is not to good on compression side so standard full hd animation saved as a gif can give much larger file size than some standard video formats.

Sapphire Plug-in

I downloaded few weeks ago a sapphire plug-in for premiere pro. Since that day i'm not able anymore to open premiere and after affect.

During the programm opening, it tells me that there's an error with sapphire plug-in. I tried everything but it keeps programmes off. Any answer?

I would start with uninstaling Sapphire if that plugin is causing issues. If that does not help - I would reset AE Preferences.

Mercury Transmit problem in 2019 versions of AE and Premiere

$

Just had a very frustrating chat with Adobe support on this topic, who vaguely suggested this was an "updated feature" and not a bug, but it does look a lot like a bug to me.

I run a 3-screen Windows system (main screen is 4K, the other two are 1920x1200). I often have elements of my user interface on the main screen and one of the others, and then use the third for a full-screen Mercury Transmit image - being able to do that is, for me, one of the great features of Adobe CC. Works like a charm in the 2018 versions of AE and Premiere.

But in the 2019 update, Mercury Transmit falls apart if I have any user interface elements on more than one screen: it appears either as a sliver on one side of the screen, or as a tiny floating window in the middle of another. Randomly it'll sometimes work - generally, and this is a real head-scratcher, when I'm in the middle of making a change in Preferences that isn't necessarily even related to video previews, it'll decide to kick in full screen - but if I switch it off and on again it'll go back to being broken.

Anybody have any thoughts? I haven't found anyone else with the same problem. I have a feeling that there's a UI upgrade at the root of it - I notice that 2019 treats my 4K screen differently (i.e. the text is a lot cleaner), though when I've messed around with compatibility modes in Windows to change scaling for AE it's generally been disastrous. For now, it just means I'm sticking to 2018, but I'm hoping this is something that can be fixed rather than just being the new normal: one reason I hate using, e.g., DaVinci on my setup is that it doesn't give the same flexibility as Adobe in setting up your windows.

FYI, I'm running an HP Zbook G4, with an NVIDIA Quadro P5000 (latest video drivers) and 64GB of memory, running the two external monitors via a Thunderbolt break-out to two DisplayPort ports.

Here's a 3-screen screenshot to show what I mean - Mercury Transmit is the fun little image in the middle.
