This points to networking issues where library content and CC tips/ adverts can't be loaded into the screens. If you don't need them, start by disabling the welcome screen in the Help menu and then try to ficure out what may be wrong.

Yes, my problem is not about the export, but the import. My projects file, includes videos files with H.265 codec and the project, can not be imported in the reder farm.

Of course, it imports the AE project as such from the import option that is used to import images or any other resource. Once you have the compositions of that import project within your new project you can use them as you wish.

Your mask on the text layer is cutting off some of the the text. You need to re-adjust the mask.
If you are new to After Effects, I STRONGLY urge you to learn the basics, even if you know how to use other Adobe software. After Effects does not work like other Adobe software. You can not use it intuitively.

Can't view or play imported videos on After Effects
Hello!
I've just downloaded the 7-day trial for After Effects CC 2019 and managed to use it without a problem for about an hour. Eventually, I had to scrap my project and start again, which is where I encountered my problem. Any videos I import show up as a black screen on the project, which doesn't change when I drag the time indicator along the project. When I press play, the project doesn't play and I get the spinning wheel which freezes up the entire application until I have to force quit it. I tried just using pictures, which went fine until I added the video as well. Afterward, the image showed up as the same black image that I am unable to do anything with. The only thing I've managed to find out is that when I change the background color of the project, that color is the one that I get instead of the black screen so I'm hoping it's just something to do with the background but I am very new to this software so I'm pretty clueless. Any help would be much appreciated!

I have the same problem(501, 25::101). Thanks for all answers, but starting as an admin did not work for me. It really pisses me of because I'm paying f***in' 30€ each month and not even the vfx stabilization is working.
Hope any Adobe people are going read this and improve it, thinking of keeping customers.

have those pictures, my problem is, first i right a text. thats fine, then i open 3d element, come back to AE, and then looks like the last pictures, and if i scale it up by the red line (mask) then i looks bad, so thinking im doing somthing wrong here.. please help

Ok. So first it would be best and easiest for you and for us if you would read/watch on some basics AE tuts: After Effects tutorials | Learn how to use After Effects CC and basic Element 3d tuts: video copilot element 3d - YouTube
As for your exact question you are making one basic mistake - you have to aply Element 3D effect to solid layer (fitted to comp resolution) and as your custom text/mask use your text layer (that should be hidden if you don't wish to see that flat text).
Of course you can add Element 3D to text layer but Element 3d and every effect works in bounds of layer that is is added on so if you add element 3d to text layer that is a layer that have exact size and that size is the same as font size that you see... so if you add element 3D you will see anything that you add to Element 3d only inside that layer - we can see that on your screens.

If you don't wanna spend more money - you should start with Duik (afer you test it - recomend to donate some money to duik developers of course but is not mandatory). Great tool for that kind of animations. In short words you can do with duik actualy the same that you do with joystick and slide but with J&S you have more clicking in preparation stage.
